Often the first step is a casual conversation together about what you are looking for and what might be available based on your current requirements and anticipated desires. Once we have an idea of what we are looking for I can begin to narrow down the many options which are open to you. We will review various neighbourhoods, amenities, house styles, and price ranges so that you can zero in on what will work best for you.
Unless you are a first-time buyer, an essential part of the process of buying a new property is selling your current one. I understand that selling your home is an emotional process and I believe that a fundamental part of my job is to ensure that prospective buyers see all of the value in your home that you do. In preparation for selling your current property I will provide you with a well-researched opinion of its value including recent sales of similar properties so that you can be confident that our asking price is fair, accurate, and represents the property’s real value to you.
